Tenon Fastener
The 1/8" tenon fasteners have been milled and they are currently milling the 1/4" fasteners this next week.
Next step is to get the Kickstarter limited edition matte black powder coating. This is expected to take about 2 weeks. Then the fasteners will be ready to ship out.
I hope to be getting a video of the milling process this weekend and post it as an update early next week.
Adjustable Jig
The adjustable jig is made and has been powder coated.
Next step is for the jig parts to be lasered engraved with the adjustment and product information. I am currently working on securing a company to do the engraving.
Custom Cases
The cases have arrived and ready for packing.
Next step is to add the product UPC label and information to the case and place all the items in the case.
Bits
Self-centering bit has arrived and is waiting to be packaged
1/4" pattern template bit has arrived and is waiting to be packaged
1/8" custom made template bit has arrived and is waiting to be packaged
Next step
- 1/4" Fasteners currently being milled 1 week out
- Laser engrave the adjustable jig 2-3 weeks out
- Powder coat the limited edition kickstater matte black tenon fasteners 2-3 weeks out
- Print case UPC and information label 1 week out
- Collect shipping information 3-4 weeks out
- Ship orders 4-5 weeks out
With the current manufacturing delays and items listed to do we are lookin to ship out in Mid to late February.

Cases Have Arrived

The Custom Jig Cases Have Arrived!
Below is a picture of the custom cases for the jig kits.
These cases are designed, made and manufactured here in the USA. I am happy to say that this jig system and all the accessories and bits are 100% manufactured in the USA.
What is next?
- The tenon fasteners are being manufactured right now. There was a quality control issue that was discovered and the fasteners have to be re-cut and milled. This has caused a 3 week delay. I will share an update once they are done.
- After the tenon fasteners are milled a select few of them will be sent off to get powder coated.
- Next the tenons will get engraved and be ready to ship
- The jigs are waiting to be engraved
- Shipping address and payment will be sent out to all backers
- Orders will be backed and shipped
